This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may cancel a booking or request a refund for services booked through the Sukwariya platform.
1. Cancellations
1.1 Cancellation Before Provider Acceptance
You may cancel a booking free of charge before the service provider accepts it.
To cancel, go to your booking details in the Sukwariya App or Website and select “Cancel Booking”.
If cancelled during this stage (for advance booking services), you will receive a full refund of the service fee.
1.2 Cancellation Due to Provider Unavailability
In rare situations where the assigned technician/handyman is unable to reach the scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the provider may decline the service.
In such cases, you may choose to:
- Reschedule your appointment to a suitable time, OR
- Cancel your booking and receive a full refund (applicable only for advance booking services)
No cancellation fee will apply in this scenario.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Method
For services booked on an advance payment basis, refunds will be processed directly into the customer’s Sukwariya Wallet.
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
A full refund will not be provided in the following cases:
- You cancel your booking after the provider has accepted it.
- You are dissatisfied with the service quality, but the technician has completed the work as described in the booking.
- You experience minor delays or inconveniences during service execution.
- You request changes in the service scope after the professional arrives, which may lead to additional charges.
